At H-FARM International School Rosà, an international school that is part of the largest education group in the World, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our team. his role will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a strong focus on content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation and publication of content across digital channels (website, social media, newsletters).
* Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, flyers, etc.) in line with brand guidelines.
* Help organize and promote events such as open days, fairs, and community activities.
* Monitor social media engagement and provide suggestions to increase visibility and interaction.
* Collaborate with the admissions and communications team to ensure consistent messaging.
* Conduct basic market research on competitors and trends.
* Provide administrative and logistical support for ongoing marketing and communication projects.
Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field (or in progress).
* 0–2 years of relevant experience, internships included.
* Strong interest in marketing, communication, and digital media.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; [knowledge of Italian/other languages is a plus].
* Basic knowledge of digital tools (social media platforms, email marketing software, CMS, Canva or similar).
* Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Fluent English (C1 level)
