What You Will Be Doing:
As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, safety, and upkeep of all hotel facilities. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall maintenance and technical operations of the hotel
- Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Supervise external contractors and service providers
- Manage the maintenance budget and control departmental expenses
- Ensure optimal performance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Monitor and report on energy consumption (electricity, water, gas)
- Procure materials and manage technical inventory
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has proven experience in a similar role within hospitality (Chief Engineer / Maintenance Manager / Assistant)
- Has strong technical expertise (electrical or mechanical background preferred)
- Is familiar with Italian regulations and safety standards
- Demonstrates xivgfpx a hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
- Has strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Is fluent in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus)
- Is eligible to work in Italy
- Is preferably already based in the Courmayeur/Aosta Valley region or nearby areas (strongly preferred)
