To support this transformation, we are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Digital Team in Italy.Your mission: leverage data for actionable client insights that empower all our divisions and markets.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect and analyze data from multiple sourcesCreate clear dashboards and reports to present analytical findingsInterpret results to identify key trends, opportunities, and challengesCollaborate closely with Divisions to understand data needs and develop tailored analyses and solutionsMaintain and enhance data systems and analytical tools to ensure accuracy and relevanceConduct complex analyses and synthesize findings into impactful, decision-ready reportingRequired QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field2–4 years of experience in a data/analytics role, ideally in retail, luxury, or CRMStrong proficiency in Excel and Power BIFamiliarity with Salesforce and ImaginoFluent in English; Italian is a strong plusDesired Skills & AttributesAnalytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to train non-technical usersComfortable managing multiple deliverables across three Divisions simultaneouslyProactive, autonomous, and passionate about the luxury industry
