We are looking for Junior Consultants who will support the project manager and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.
Main Tasks

- Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / position
- Analyze the Intermediary’s risk position with techniques of Asset & Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate & Liquidity Risk)
- Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet & risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation).
Training
-
- Master's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineering
- Preferred knowledge of econometrics
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plus
- Fluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)
- The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus
