We are looking for an Electronic Conformity development to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), hierarchically reporting to the Head of Electric, Electronic Car Development in R&D Department - Interfacing with VW Group Conformity clusters, regulation experts and/or with the Lamborghini Homologation department - Identify and describe the guidelines to comply with regulations and homologation requirements - Support EE component owners in the technical product requirements and nomination phase for the homologation and regulation relevant topics - Keep tracking of the impacted function and components (even including the RF components) - Keep tracking of the of the action plan to make them compliant (4 eyes principle) - Supporting the steering of implementation, testing and/or certification process with Lamborghini and critical suppliers - Keep tracking of all RF certification process status and provide technical support during the certification achievement - Coordinating with aftersales department about user manual requirements. Manage the implementation of the conformity information on Lamborghini website - Checking that requirements for component release are fulfilled (testing, certificates, marking on component. etc.) supporting the SET leaders on the release process (4 eyes principle) - Management, implementation, and update of local importer needed tasks and processes (steer activity with region and legal dept) - Keep direct relation with dealers/regions to get synchronized about product conformity (including the RF) vs. new regulations - Syncing up on regular basis with Quality and Aftersales to define the responsibilities for the component management during its lifecycle - Syncing up with Aftersales to handover the new regulations with impact or specific for spare parts About you - University Degree in Electronic, Telecommunication engineering or similar - At least 2-3years’ experience in Automotive sector - Knowledge of the main homologation and regulation requirement including the RF one (for instance RED,FCC) will be considered as a plus - Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus - Target oriented - Team working - Analytical skills - Planning and organizational skills - Self-confidence, especially under work pressure - Problem solving attitude.
