Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and accounting
* Management of the team consisting of accountants, real estate accountants, and back office staff, as well as intensive collaboration on the future structuring of the team based on expansion plans
* Monitoring cash flow and ensuring that liquidity is effectively managed across all projects and operations
* Support in managing relationships with external auditors and tax advisors
Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
* > 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, ideally in real estate or a related industry
* Familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting, and financial modelling
* A strong attention to detail and ability to work with both numbers and people
* Comfortable with financial software and Microsoft Excel
* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
* Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the company develops

* We offer a gross annual salary of EUR 70.000. Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, a higher salary may be possible.
