This role manages hybrid environments (on premises cloud), networks, end‑user computing, and IT service delivery, while ensuring alignment with corporate policies defined at headquarters. /p h3Key Responsibilities For This Role /h3 ul liManage and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services). /li liOversee networks, endpoint management, security, and business continuity. /li liEnsure compliance with global IT policies (security, network, access), implementing local processes aligned with corporate standards. /li liLead IT operations, SLA compliance, incident/problem/change management, and vendor coordination. /li liDrive IT projects and improvements across the region, ensuring readiness for new deployments or upgrades. /liliLead and mentor a distributed IT team; manage budgets and contracts. /li /ul h3Skills Requirements For This Role /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field with minimum 8 years in IT Infrastructure Operations management in an international environment. /li liStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Azure, O365, Intune, Power Platform). /li liExperience with virtualization, networking (LAN/WAN, VPN), and cybersecurity. /li liFamiliarity with ERP environments (Business Central, SAP) and enterprise systems integration. /li liFluent in English.
