* As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer relationships, from initial contact to ongoing support and maintenance.
* You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
* You will also play a key role in introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries, leveraging your expertise to streamline internal payment processes and reduce costs.
* Another important aspect of this role is providing training to operational managers on the usage of our product, either remotely or on-site, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to succeed.
* You will also be responsible for identifying potential obstacles in the onboarding process and working closely with customers and colleagues to eliminate them.
Additionally, you will be involved in upgrading our solution for existing clients, ensuring they continue to receive the best possible service.
* Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably with a proven track record of successful projects.
* They should possess a structured approach to work, even in high-pressure situations, and be able to communicate effectively at a C-level.
* A willingness to travel to meet with customers is essential.
* Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian is required, along with strong business English skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* While experience in the automotive or software industry is a plus, it is not mandatory.
