Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future. /p h3What the role will look like /h3 ul liLeading and coordinating cross-functional project teams, representing key internal areas relevant to the project, and collaborating with partners where appropriate /li liCreating and maintaining transfer and integration plans for individual Projects /li liDefining short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, and deliverables for the project /li liManaging the execution of the agreed integration plan and medium-to-high complex projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring proper project reporting (objectives, timelines, budget, resources, and status updates) /li liUnderstanding the project budget and preparing timely budget plans, including annual budgets and forecasts /li liMaintaining and updating the business case as needed /li liEnsuring that all decision-relevant deliverables are available on time and meet quality standards to support the decision-making process (e.g., project plans, risks, opportunities, business case assumptions, contract terms, etc.) /li /ul h3What you’ll bring to the table /h3 ul liAt least 3+ years of project management experience, with a strong expertise in planning and executing cross-functional projects /li liUniversity degree in scientific disciplines (CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnologies or comparable degree) or Engineering /li li3+ years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in areas such as formulation development, manufacturing, or quality control of drug products, with strong GMP Knowledge /li liThe ability to understand complex processes and translate them clearly for stakeholders /li liStrong emotional intelligence to navigate challenges, foster a positive work environment, and improve overall project effectiveness through resilience /li liStrong documentation, planning, and budget tracking skills in line with the PMTO framework, business acumen /li liFlexibility to work on-site during certain project phases (at sending or receiving sites) /li liExcellent communication skills, with the ability to actively understand others' objectives, perspectives, interests, and beliefs /li liProficiency in spoken and written English and Italian /li /ul pGrünenthal offers equal employment opportunities.
