Responsibilities Liaising with Project Managers Providing technical coordination for a group of 3-4 people with more junior profiles Working with customers and functional analysts to contribute to solution analysis thanks to technical know-how on the ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, CSM, and ITOM platform modules Training new members Technical skills required At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development Experience in the technical coordination of small groups of people would be a plus.
