1. Handling the registration of companies
2. Maintaining the Corporate Register of companies and monitoring the changes in the companies
3. Knowledge and expertise on transfers of shares
4. Knowledge and expertise on increase of share capital
5. Dealing with execution of changes in the structure of companies (directors, registered office etc)
6. Handling due diligence procedures/ excellent knowledge of KYC procedures
7. Liaising with external regulators and advisers (lawyers, auditors etc)
8. Preparation of applications submitted to the Registrar of Cyprus Companies
9. Preparation, review and execution of various documents of the companies, including resolutions, minutes, incumbency certificates, letters etc
10. Daily communication with clients and execution of various clients’ requests
11. Providing administrative support to lawyers
CANDIDATE PROFILE
12. At least 2 years of experience in corporate administration
13. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
14. Excellent command of MS-Office
15. Good verbal and written communication skills
16. Strong organisational skills
17. Time management skills
18. Ability to multitask
19. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
