This role is critical to our mission of advancing solar energy projects and contributing to the company growth in Italy. /ppThe Development Project Manager will be responsible for obtaining necessary project authorizations, manage the projects, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams. /ppKey Responsibilities :br / /pp1. Obtaining Project Authorizations /pulliEnsure projects reach ready to build status by managing the relevant stakeholders such as developers, authorities, land owners, grid operators, advisors, etc. /liliPrepare and submit applications, manage documentation, and handle any follow-up inquiries, including meetings and dialogue with the administration, grid operatorus /u, and local stakeholders. /liliEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and other legal and technical requirements. /li /ulp2. Managing the Projects /pulliDevelop and follow-up timeline, comprehensive development budgets and project business plans /liliIdentify, assess and mitigate risks associated with project implementation. /liliManage advisors involved in the projects for studies or due diligences in high voltage, topography, environment, legal /liliManage the authorizations and grid connection process in compliance with TICA, respecting established timelines and procedures. /liliManage all the required internal approval processes ensuring the right level of control during deployment of the opportunities across the various stages /liliReport on KPIs. /li /ulp3.
