PFor our client, an important multinational company leading company in the distribution of products specifically designed for the prevention of potable water pollution, we are seeking a Sustainability Engineer. /ppbr/ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /pulliBuild a coalition across productions sites to have a greater impact on the environment /liliSupport European sites to define and execute their sustainability goals /liliAudit and assess sustainability maturity across production sites in Europe /liliManagement and promotion of various sustainability activities/ projects in the areas of energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, corporate responsibility employee engagement /liliCommunicate broadly and regularly about sustainability program success to instill a general level of expectation and engagement by all employees /liliPrograms manage sustainability projects /liliHost and execute Energy Hunts across Europe /liliSupport the production of the yearly sustainability report /liliMonitor industry best practices in sustainability analyses /liliSupport businesses need to respond to customer and other stakeholder audits as necessary /liliCollect and analyze key sustainability data across sites. /liliShare best practices, communicate lessons learned and help other sites adopt /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliSustainability/environmental/energy engineer or similar education (minimum bachelor level9; /lili7-10 years of work experience within the area /liliExperience with Facilities, Logistics, Supply Chain Sustainability required /liliDemonstrated Program Management skills /liliStrong planning, coordination and time management skills /liliPrior experience with business travel /liliStrong project management skills /liliExcellent English (verbal and written) communication and presentation skills as this role is required to message Sustainability throughout the organization: Verbally town halls and smaller venues, written connect and presentation materials, supporting web and internet content /liliAbility to work independently with little supervision /liliAbility to effectively participate in and facilitate team meetings /liliProactive, result-oriented and hands-on attitude /liliWorking knowledge of MS Office products /liliFind your way through Ambiguity /li /ulpbr/ppstrongOther requirements /strong /ppstrongThe ability to travel globally without restrictions is required /strong in this position since the person up 50% of the working time will be travelling and working in other countries or working in the production site in Lombardy /ppbr/ppemSocietà di ricerca e selezione del personale accreditata presso Min.Lav.
