We’re building Vibiz.ai, the first Vibe Business Platform.

We’re VC-backed, have hundreds of paying customers, and we’re building an AI agent that autonomously runs and grows businesses — spending budget, making decisions, executing actions, and driving real results.


We’re looking for a Founding AI Full-Stack Engineer to join us now and build at insane speed.


🚀 What you’ll do:

* Ship. Every single day.
* Build full-stack features end-to-end (frontend, backend, AI layer)
* Work deeply with LLMs, multi-agent systems, and AI-native UX
* Turn user chaos into product clarity
* Design systems that autonomously run real business operations
* Fix bugs. A lot of them. Fast.
* Work directly with founders and users — zero layers
* Help define the engineering culture from day one


🧠 Stack vibes:

* Next.js
* TypeScript
* LLMs / Multi-agent systems
* Vercel AI SDK
* Shipping fast > perfect code


👀 You are:

* An end-to-end builder (frontend + backend + AI)
* Someone who ships daily and doesn’t wait for permission
* Deep into GenAI — you use AI tools to build faster and better
* Comfortable with chaos, speed, and no spec
* Product-minded — you think in outcomes, not tickets
* Builder > employee
* Speed > comfort
* Impact > title


❗ Hard requirements (don’t ignore these)

If any of these is a no → don’t apply.

* You use AI dev tools daily (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.)
* You genuinely believe GenAI is changing how software is built
* You can build full-stack apps in TypeScript + Next.js
* You’ve worked with LLMs and/or multi-agent systems
* You live in Milan or are ready to relocate (mandatory)
* You can show real work: GitHub, side projects, shipped products


🔥 Big add-ons (nice to have)

* Active on X / Twitter, sharing what you build
* Experience building AI agents or autonomous systems
* Worked on AI-driven marketing, growth, or distribution tools
* Built and shipped your own product
* Previous early-stage startup experience
