Location & Job Type Location: Milan | Job Type: Full-time (38 hrs/w) | Salary range: €

What You Will Do

Creation and confirmation of production orders in SAP

Insertion of necessary data within the database for the creation of reports/certificates (e.g., protocol number, etc.)

Preparation and sending of product certificate reports complete with full details (e.g., annual renewal dates, etc.)

Scope of certificates and/or test reports: check documents, scan and enter files in company records, prepare letters and DHL, make copies for our archive, prepare qualification certificates for inspectors, confirmation letters, etc. upon customer request, send test reports and certificates to customers

Inspection Scope: insert files into CESI's document archiving system, print inspection reports, prepare letters and organize DHL transport

Creating purchase requests in SAP

Monitoring consumption and availability of existing contracts

Archiving official documents, test reports, etc.

Recording incoming invoices from inspectors in SAP and aligning sales orders within the CRM/CPQ software, if necessary

Inform the Sales Department about the orders/activities to be invoiced

What You Bring Knowledge & Experience

Knowledge of economics and contracts fundamentals

Excellent knowledge of the English language

Experience in administrative support activities preferably in a commercial capacity

Ability to work in a team interacting with both internal and external customers

Skills & Competencies

Salesforce CRM/CPQ knowledge

Knowledge SAP SD, MM, PP modules

Knowledge Microsoft Office 365

Knowledge of internal document archiving system
