General Description :

Under the direction of the Director Commercial Operations Italy, this individual is responsible for maximizing the performance of BeOne Medicines' oncology products in Italy, managing a team of Key Account Managers.

The Associate Director Regional Field Manager (RFM) implements the marketing and sales strategy and is responsible for achieving defined sales targets supported by allocated resources and budgets. The RFM also coaches and develops her/his commercial team.


Essential Functions of the job :

* Building an image/brand and awareness for BeOne Medicines and its products in the oncology market.
* Establishing strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), study groups, and key accounts.
* Preparing the market for the approval of BeOne Medicines' products.
* Implementing marketing strategies for upcoming oncology product launches.
* Building and structuring a competent commercial field team within her/his geographic area in Italy.
* Achieving regional commercial goals and performance targets.
* Planning and monitoring regional and cluster team budgets.
* Setting sales goals and conducting market analysis.
* Identifying developmental needs of team members and executing personalized training and coaching programs.
* Providing scientific advice and support to KOLs in hospitals.
* Leading cross-functional field teams and collaborating with other departments.
* Monitoring market changes and competitor activities.
* Supervising key account plans and collaborating with Market Access to facilitate account access.
* Working with Marketing to optimize field force effectiveness.
* Aligning strategies with Medical, Marketing, and Market Access teams.
* Participating in scientific meetings and workshops.
* Providing leadership to foster high performance, engagement, and a positive culture.
* Attracting, developing, and retaining talent within the team.
* Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in oncology.
* Driving patient-centered business decisions.
* Ensuring team compliance with ethical standards, laws, and regulations.


Qualifications

* Degree in life sciences or related field, with at least 10 years of industry experience.
* Over 5 years of leadership experience in commercial teams, particularly in oncology.
* Proven success in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
* Specific knowledge of the oncology market, especially lung and gastric cancers.
* Strong contacts with oncologists and opinion leaders.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
* Highly motivated, solution-oriented, and positive attitude.
* Proficiency in English and computer skills (MS Office).
* Valid driver’s license.

Education Required : University degree in science or business; minimum 10 years of industry experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities : Managing local/regional sales team, including hiring, supervision, and development.

Computer Skills : Proficient in MS Office.

Other Qualifications : Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Travel : Approximately 60% of the time.
