Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your roleWe are looking for a Store Designer who will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct flow of all activities related to the store layout development across the company's brand portfolio, with a specific focus on Optical retail stores for the French market.The role includes managing the full layout design process, preparing presentations for corporate stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with brands, local markets and construction teams to ensure effective information flow throughout all project phases.The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in managing multiple projects under strict timeline, and skilled in creative problem-solving. A strong ability to engage with different stakeholders is essential. Knowledge of the French language is preferred.Main responsibilities
Lead the full store layout design process, from preliminary proposals to Executive ApprovalManage interactions with key stakeholders(Brand, Operations, VM, Marketing, etc.) across all design phasesPrimary point of contact for Markets/Brands, collecting requirements and translating them into layout solutionsPrepare and deliver presentations, collaborating with GM, Brand and RE on project development and reviewsProduce final design documentation aligned with Design guidelines and EA approvals (furniture layout, RCP, flooring, finishings, custom details)Review construction drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency with the design intentSupport in the construction phase by providing design-related input and solving on-site issuesProvide design feedback after store openings to support continuous improvement.
Main requirements
3/6 years of experience in Store Design or related fieldsProficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, Photoshop and Microsoft OfficeExperience working in multinational organizations managing multi-brand portfolios and multicultural stakeholder networksStrong project management skills: highly organized, able to handle multiple projects in a matrixed environmentResult-oriented mindset with strong creative problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under strict timelines and manage priorities effectivelyStrong communication and presentation skills, with solid interpersonal abilitiesExcellence team-oriented attitude and collaborative working style.English proficiency is essential; French and Italian are recommended
