Depending on seniority and experience, the position will support corporate, industrial, or commercial controlling activities, contributing to financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision support. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of the annual bBudget /b process in collaboration with different business functions /li liContribute to the development and update of bperiodic Forecasts /b (rolling / quarterly) /li liPerform bvariance analysis /b between Budget, Forecast, and Actual results, identifying key business drivers /li liSupport the preparation of bmanagement reporting /b and financial analysis for internal stakeholders /li liCollaborate with different departments (Corporate functions, Operations, Sales) to validate and consolidate financial data /li liAssist in bmonthly closing activities /b, including reconciliation between actual and forecasted data /li liContribute to the development and maintenance of bfinancial models and reporting tools /b /li liSupport the analysis of operational and commercial performance through bKPIs and financial indicators /b /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in bEconomics, Finance, Business Administration, or Management Engineering /b /li liFrom b1 to 5 years of experience /b in Controlling, FPA, Finance, or related roles /li liGood understanding of bbudgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes /b /li liStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial and operational data /li libAdvanced Excel /b skills; knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data analysis tools is a plus /li liAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with different stakeholders /li liProactive mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
