PRODUCTION QUALITY CONTROL SPECIALISTJOB DESCRIPTION: a company specializing in the production of electromechanical components and control panels for elevators, is seeking a Production Quality Control Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for quality control of products during the manufacturing and assembly phases, covering both mechanical and electronic components, as well as for analyzing production rejects in order to help reduce defect rates.POSITION: ProductionDEPARTMENT: QualityREPORTS TO: Quality Specialist / Quality ManagerWORKING HOURS: Full timeKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional quality checks on mechanical and electronic products during the production processRecord and classify non-conformities detected throughout the manufacturing processAnalyze production scrap to identify the causes of defectsCollaborate with the production and technical departments to propose corrective actionsUse measuring instruments and testing equipment for quality control purposesPrepare daily and weekly reports on inspections and scrapSupport continuous improvement activities and the maintenance of quality standardsEnsure compliance with operational procedures and company quality regulations
Technical diploma (mechanical, electronic, or electrotechnical) or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (mechanical/electronic)Previous experience in laboratories for defect analysis of electromechanical componentsAbility to read technical drawings and electrical schematicsKnowledge and use of measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailAccuracy, autonomy, and the ability to work effectively in a teamGood knowledge of Excel and IT tools for data recordingGood command of the English language
