They lead a team of Quality Specialists focused on root cause analysis and failure prevention. The role ensures quality targets are met, guiding inspectors through regular quality checks, torque control, and final inspections before shipment. Key metrics include DPU (Defects Per Unit), RFT (Right First Time), and Rework Hours. The manager also drives continuous improvement, manages the quality team, and fosters a culture of accountability. /ppYour Impact /pulliOversee product inspection and testing throughout the assembly process, ensuring adherence to quality standards. /liliSupervise, train, and guide QC inspectors, supporting both in-process and final inspections. /liliSchedule inspections and audits efficiently to maintain workflow and on-time delivery. /liliLead and develop the QC team, ensuring staff are skilled in inspection protocols and tools. /liliUpdate and implement quality control procedures, aligning with current industry standards. /liliCreate and maintain control plans to ensure consistent production quality. /liliApply statistical methods (e.g., process capability, sampling) to support quality decisions. /liliDirect and support non-conformance investigations, ensuring timely corrective/preventive actions. /liliTrack and report key quality metrics to management, highlighting issues and improvement areas. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing trends and refining inspection processes. /li /ulpYour Experience and Qualifications /pulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or related field. /liliMinimum of 6 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing agricultural machinery or similar industries. /liliStrong understanding of quality control methodologies, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to motivate and guide employees in achieving quality objectives. /liliProficiency in using key quality metrics (DPU, RFT, Rework Hours) and quality management tools (such as Six Sigma, FMEA, etc.). /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly. /liliExcellent communication skills, capable of reporting on quality issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. /liliAttractive, fair remuneration including participation in our bonus scheme /liliBalance of work, family and free time due to flexible working time /liliPrivate health insurance with partial coverage of medical expenses /liliCanteen with meal allowance /li /ulpWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
