To help lead this change, we’re looking for a passionate Consultants to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
Territory to cover: Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Molise, Sicilia, Calabria.
Responsibilities:
After comprehensive and ongoing training, you will be ready to:
1. Enhance the efficiency of stroke patient management
2. Support hospitals and healthcare professionals with continuous training and organizational tools
3. Serve as an expert Therapeutic Consultant, promoting new diagnostic and treatment guidelines to hospitals
4. Foster and promote quality monitoring programs to ensure consistent hospital performance
5. Expand the project's reach to new hospitals
6. Lead multidisciplinary stroke teams through continuous improvement
7. Improve therapeutic protocols in major hospitals
Required Skills:
8. Excellent scientific background, ideally with a PhD in Neuroscience
9. High motivation and strong interpersonal skills
10. Fluency in English and Italian
11. Leadership abilities
12. Proactive, flexible, and strong problem-solving skills
13. Availability to travel up to 70% of the time
14. Eligibility to work full-time
