We are currently seeking a Project Control Support to join us at ESA-ESRIN. Join a ground-breaking European project at the forefront of satellite technology and climate research.
Main Responsibilities

As Project Control Support you will be responsible for:
1. Preparing, administrating and monitoring of Project procurement actions (Contracts, Purchase Orders, etc.) within ESA SAP system (esa-p) or other tools as required.
2. Support the preparation, maintenance and reporting on the overall programmatic aspects of the project/programmes activities.
3. Support the preparation, maintenance and reporting on status of the project Cost At Completion, including annual cost plans and manpower planning.
Successful Candidate
Your skills:
4. Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or MBA or equivalent University degree.
5. At least 4 years of relevant experience as a Project Controller or working in ESA - Finance or ESA - Contract Officer.
6. Familiarity with SAP.
7. Proficiency in MS Excel.
8. Knowledge of ESA procure to pay process.
9. Knowledge of project control methods
10. Knowledge of Milestone Payment Plans.
11. Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
12. Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
13. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
