Position: We are seeking a Bar Manager for the summer season 2025.
Responsibilities:
* Manage, train, and coordinate staff, organizing daily tasks and creating a harmonious and collaborative team using the management and IT tools provided by the company;
* Create signature cocktails to be paired with dishes from the Fine Dining Eaté menu;
* Handle billing for consumptions at the outlet;
* Prepare end-of-month inventory within the company's deadlines;
* Address service issues ensuring customer satisfaction;
* Ensure hygiene and safety standards are met in your department according to company procedures and current regulations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a 4-star hotel and/or resort;
* Proactivity, customer service orientation, and anticipatory service skills;
* Excellent documented knowledge and skills (AIBES or equivalent);
* Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language (preferably German) is a plus;
* Good team spirit, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, autonomy, and dynamism.
Additional Information:
* Contract: Fixed-term CCNL Tourism (period to be agreed);
* Salary based on experience;
