Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. /ppbr/ppbSummary /b /ppThe Associate Director / Director of Human Resources will act as a strategic partner to commercial and functional leaders across a designated cluster of countries within the EMEA region. /ppbr/ppThe ideal candidate may be based in bItaly or Spain /b. /ppbr/ppbEssential Duties and Responsibilities /b /ppThis role is pivotal in enabling the business to achieve its priorities by proactively designing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational delivery, ensuring HR practices are simplified, standardized, and compliant across global, regional, and local contexts /ppbr/ppStrategic HR Leadership /pulliTranslate business priorities into actionable HR strategies that drive growth and performance. /liliPartner with cluster leadership to align workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design. /li /ulpOperational Tactical Delivery /pulliLead a team of 3–5 HR professionals, while leveraging Centers of Excellence (COEs) and cross-functional networks. /liliRoll up sleeves to manage tactical HR operations when needed, ensuring seamless execution. /li /ulpGlobal–Regional–Local Integration /pulliSimplify and standardize HR processes, balancing global frameworks with regional relevance and local compliance. /liliEnsure adherence to EU employment law and deep compliance with at least one country’s legal framework. /li /ulpChange Transformation /pulliSponsor and lead HR projects including MA integration, spin-offs, restructuring, and talent mobility initiatives. /liliDrive organizational agility and resilience through proactive HR interventions. /li /ulpLeadership Enablement /pulliAct as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders and managers, enhancing their capability to lead teams effectively. /liliServe as a brand ambassador, reinforcing company values and culture through HR practices. /li /ulpFinancial Resource Management /pulliManage HR budgets of approximately $1M USD, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. /liliOversee vendor relationships and optimize HR service delivery. /li /ulpCulture Engagement /pulliChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the cluster. /liliDrive employee engagement through targeted initiatives and feedback mechanisms. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliStrong business acumen with ability to align HR strategy to commercial priorities. /liliAgile HR mindset with experience in driving organizational adaptability. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across functions and geographies. /liliHands-on approach with willingness to balance strategic initiatives and operational delivery. /liliHigh integrity, discretion, and ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). /liliProfessional HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent). /liliAssociate Director level: 8+ years of progressive HR experience with exposure to cluster/regional responsibilities. /liliDirector level: 12+ years of HR leadership experience in complex, multinational organizations with significant revenue responsibility. /liliProven track record in MA, restructuring, and organizational transformation. /liliFamiliarity with EU employment law; deep expertise in at least one country’s employment legislation and practices. /liliFluency in English plus at least one language spoken within the supported cluster (Italian/Spanish/Portuguese). /li /ulpbr/ppVantive is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
