Main duties and responsibilities
Be responsible for the HR office:
* payroll support / administration and documentation;
* month end closing (payroll) on the 1st day of the month;
* HR reporting;
* prepare/update job descriptions and other HR documentation;
* onboarding plans, training and development of employees;
* job adv and interviews;
* HR budget;
* control of the KPI in HR;
* privacy;
* support other offices.
