Perfect Household Staff presents an opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Housekeeper Cook to support a welcoming family of four in a spacious private residence (500 square metres) in Milan.
The family includes two teenagers, ages 14 and 15, and values excellent communication, discretion, and a calm, organized approach to household management.
The role encompasses both daily housekeeping duties and confident, family-focused cooking, with a strong emphasis on authentic Italian cuisine and high standards of domestic care.
This is a live-in position based in Milan.
The family provides a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Travel with the family to their other property in Tuscany is possible, including two weeks during winter holidays and longer trips in the summer.
The agency notes that eligibility to work in the EU is required for consideration.
Responsibilities Preparing daily meals for the family, with a strong focus on authentic Italian cuisine and fresh ingredients.
Cooking for family gatherings and social occasions, including events for up to 12 guests on Fridays or Saturdays.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of a 500-square-metre residence to a consistently high standard.
Specialist care of marble floors and other high-quality surfaces within the home.
Grocery shopping and managing kitchen supplies to ensure the household is well-stocked.
Operating and caring for modern household and electronic equipment with confidence and care.
Occasional school drop-offs or pick-ups for the children, using a vehicle with automatic transmission provided by the principals, if required.
Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the household with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Requirements Three or more years of private housekeeping experience.
Two excellent checkable references.
Conversational Italian and English.
EU working permit.
