We believe that it’s only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career. /ppAligned to this goal, we offer a hybrid working policy, ballowing employees to work 6 days/month remotely /b. /ppbWhat we are looking for /b /ppWithin our Corporate office in Milan, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst for our finance division. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor the “Procure to Pay lifecycle”, from the Purchase Request to Payments; /liliEnsure that all invoices, credit notes and accruals are processed accurately and in a timely manner with proactive approach with the different Budget Owners and coordinating team members; /liliMonitor Accruals/ invoice receipts/invoice to be received accuracy and completeness, also interacting with Controlling Department; /liliSupport the preparation of payments runs, payments forecasts and manage Reverse Factoring solution; /liliEnsure accuracy of the vendor database and the regular review of supplier ageing; /liliSupport tax department in VAT analysis, withholding and other taxes ensuring compliance obligations, declarations and payments; /liliPerform/review month-end activities including reconciliations, account variation analysis, accruals and journal entries while maintaining a continual accounting mindset to ensure timely processing of financial transactions throughout the month. /li /ulh3Other Responsibilities /h3ulliIdentify, communicate, and contribute P2P change and transformation program suggesting improvements in administrative-financial tasks, as requisition process, quality of information on vendor invoices, implementation of automated processes; /liliSupport the Company in standardizing and monitoring proper payment terms /liliCleanse data within Oracle Fusion; /liliMaintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures ensuring compliance with Law 262/2005; /liliSupport internal and external audits by providing audit schedules, support and responding to inquiries /liliAbility to prioritize, anticipate needs and identify potential issues; /liliExcellent relationship skills and ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, initiative and role model behavior to the team; /liliAccurate and precise; /liliOrganizational skills; /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulli4+ years of financial accounting experience in Multinational Companies; /liliEducational Background in Accounting; /liliGood business English to interact with foreign affiliates; /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
