Role Description
\nThis is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role located in Padua.\n
The Operations
\nManager will oversee daily logistics, manage inventory, and optimize distribution processes. The role includes supervising teams, ensuring supply chain efficiency, negotiating with vendors, and implementing operational best practices. The manager will also monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure compliance with industry regulations, and identify opportunities for process improvements to support business growth.\n

- Team Leadership, Organizational Management, and Cross-functional Collaboration skills

- Negotiation, Vendor Relationship Management, and Budget Management experience

- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Reporting, and Operational Planning

- Knowledge of industry compliance standards and best practices

- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
\n
- Experience in the beauty or consumer goods distribution industry is a strong advantage

- Fluency in Italian and English is highly desirable
