We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Rang for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
The Chef de Rang will work in our Restaurant Trattoria Sull’Albero, which offers classic Tuscan menu of our farm to plate cuisine.
Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, orchestrating service with precision and efficiency.
Provide quality service in line with Borgo Santo Pietro’s standards.
Assist guests in the wine’s selection to complement their meals.
Fluent level of English language is required.
Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is an asset.
Knowledge of food service is mandatory; knowledge of wines is strongly preferred.
Full time, seasonal contract
