* We’re looking for a fluent English & Arabic telemarketing professional to contact companies, qualify decision-makers, and book meetings for our clients (Dubai / UAE and international markets).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources advisory or generalist role.
* Proven ability to provide effective HR guidance in a remote work environment.
* Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels.
* Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations and conflict resolution.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
