Support talent development initiatives dedicated to specific Communities in terms of development actions and training (e.g. D&I initiatives, Learning tutorship)Support recruiting and selection activities for Staff FunctionsMonitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for Talent Activities at Country LevelSupport the Italy HR community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process and/or other development process/actionsSupport employer branding initiatives and, in particular, Universitary Relations to support strategic recruitment plans at Country levelSupport organization and delivery of the training plan
Requirements
