The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality leadership, budgeting, and performance management. Proficiency in POS systems, Excel, Word, and reservation software is also required. Italian cuisine knowledge is essential, and fluency in English is mandatory.
You will be working closely with the Head Chef and Bar Manager to enhance service flow and menu quality. Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Restaurant Management, or Culinary Arts.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in fine dining.
* Strong leadership abilities and proven team management experience.
* Excellent organizational, financial, and problem-solving skills.
* Advanced knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
