Job Description:
As a Rider, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and building relationships with them. You will need to be comfortable working independently, using your own initiative to navigate through busy streets and traffic.
You will also be responsible for loading and unloading food from our kitchens, ensuring that it arrives at the customer's doorstep in perfect condition.
Your role will involve communicating with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
When not on a delivery, you will be based in our depot, where you will be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
* A valid driver's license (with no more than 6 points)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and use own initiative
* Physical stamina to handle deliveries and load/unload food
