RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Conduct real estate due diligence focusing on electrical, mechanical, fire prevention, safety, and environmental liabilities.
* Analyze and manage activities related to regulatory compliance of installations, health & safety, and environmental standards.
* Prepare maintenance budgets for the real estate portfolio and define technical activities necessary for asset commercialization.
* Participate actively in due diligence projects, supporting the Business Line manager in technical-operational management.
* Understand the real estate market, both financial and corporate sectors.
* Manage assigned activities within the scheduled deadlines and budget constraints.
* Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures during activity execution.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Master's degree preferably in Engineering or Architecture, or a technical diploma.
* At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
* Fluent knowledge of English.
* Registration with the national professional order (qualification for safety certification under Legislative Decree 81/08, Energy Performance Certificates, or membership in international associations such as RICS).
* Excellent knowledge of Office Suite, AutoCAD.
* Category B driving license and willingness to travel.
* Preferred knowledge of one or more of the following: energy performance of buildings, Green Building certification protocols (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, FitWell), or basic understanding of building systems and fire prevention regulations.
