We are seeking a talented Facility Specialist to join our Facility Management team. Key details include: Location: Our Warehouse in Landriano (PV) Reporting to: Facility Manager Here is an overview of your responsibilities: Manage technical reports and requests from relevant sites. Organize routine and extraordinary maintenance, set priorities, and coordinate external suppliers. Perform Root Cause Analysis to diagnose issues and implement corrective and preventive measures. Coordinate projects to improve work environments or meet business needs, and propose continuous improvements. Manage relationships with external providers, ensuring quality of interventions and services. Prepare accurate cost reports. Generate reports on management results. Manage and organize technical documentation (floor plans, conformity declarations, CPI, grounding system checks, etc.). Oversee external contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance. Create Purchase Orders (POs) and manage goods receipt. Handle asset registration and deregistration. Prepare budget reports. Maintain maintenance report archives. The ideal candidate: Holds a master’s degree in technical fields (Architecture, Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or Management Engineering). Has previous experience in facility management within large companies. Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Is proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Has intermediate spoken and written English. Can prioritize tasks effectively and manage time/resources efficiently. Communicates well with diverse stakeholders. Can synthesize and communicate work results clearly. Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Can work independently in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
