Your mission
* Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient aftersales support and clear communication
* Manage product issues, coordinate timely solutions, and follow up with customers
* Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate with the Chinese headquarters when necessary
* Support general administration and operational tasks
* Use online systems to track claims and spare parts procurement progress
* Assist the aftersales manager in organising and delivering training sessions
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
* Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
* Experience in technical support roles within construction machinery industry
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and service management tools
* Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
