You will translate complex business needs into clear IT requirements, supporting initiatives across Genoa, Barcelona, and São Paulo and contributing to the ongoing transformation of the Global Customer Center. /p h3Reporting, Insights Data Governance /h3 pYou will develop ad‑hoc analysis and reports to support pilot initiatives and guide their evolution. You will ensure data quality, consistency, and alignment with governance principles. /p h3Self‑Service BI Enablement Cross‑Functional Collaboration /h3 pYou will promote and enable self‑service BI capabilities, fostering autonomy, data literacy, and adoption of BI tools across the Customer Center.
