24Bottles is looking for a Customer Care Intern to join our team through an internship.

We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic person with basic experience in customer management across various channels (Customer Care and Social Media), eager to grow in a stimulating and fast-evolving environment like ours.
As part of the Marketing Team, you will manage the relationship with our global community and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Experience .
Managing customer inquiries via email, social media, and e-commerce platforms (Zendesk, Shopify, etc.).
Monitoring and responding to online reviews (e.g., Resolving issues related to orders, shipments, returns, and products in coordination with Logistics, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a smooth and integrated customer service.
Monitoring and continuously improving customer experience KPIs.
Fluent in English; knowledge of German and French will be considered a plus.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools; Personal Traits:
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of the UN 2030 Agenda / SDGs and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) topics.
