PpFor our Creativity Design team, we are looking for a Product Designer who will be responsible for translating the product brief into footwear product design, ensuring the optimal balance between aesthetics, brand design language, innovation, and product performance. /p pCould this be you? /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liContribute to the industrial design of footwear products and to the early development stages with suppliers, ensuring compliance with the product brief requirements in terms of quality, performance, materials, aesthetic and functional innovation, target price, and brand design language; /li liPrepare and update style sheets and tech packs based on concepts developed internally or by external design studios, providing suppliers with all the information required for the creation of physical prototypes; /li liParticipate in the development process of assigned projects, effectively managing product timelines, target costs, and requirements defined with the Product and Brand teams; /li liCollaborate in the definition of materials, finishes, and colorways according to brand requirements; /li liParticipate in the refinement phase of development samples, supporting the identification and implementation of necessary improvements; /li liManage and update 2D technical drawings related to patterns and hard components; /li liReview 3D models to assess volumes, construction, and technical details, sharing modification guidelines with suppliers when necessary; /li liCollect and analyze product feedback from internal teams, testing activities, and the market, with the aim of supporting the continuous improvement of product design. /li /ul h3YOUR SKILLS: /h3 ul liProficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); /li liProficiency in 3D design software (Rhino); /li liFamiliarity with the technical and aesthetic characteristics of technical footwear products, with the ability to translate them into design concepts and drawings; /li liTechnical English proficiency; /li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail; /li liWillingness and availability to travel. /li /ul h3OUR REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liDegree in Industrial Design or related fields. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in a Product Designer role. /li /ul pAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability, or any other factors prohibited by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
