Responsibilities: - Managing documentation related to product quality, including technical specifications, certificates, and customer-required documents. - Conducting quality control of packaging (material and graphic conformity) during both acceptance and order confirmation. - Identifying problem areas and opportunities for improvement. - Performing periodic checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards. - Managing non-conformities, handling customer complaints, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of errors. Requirements: - Proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level), both spoken and written. - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel. - Knowledge of other Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). - Ability to set effective priorities and make responsible decisions. - High level of independence and a strong work ethic. - Customer-oriented mindset with excellent teamwork, flexibility, learning agility, and communication skills. - Driver's licence: B Nice to have: Location: - Milan Job Types: Full-time, Contract Language: - English (required) - Italian (required)
