The role oversees the Engineered Materials Group locations in Italy: Adro (Brescia) is part of the Praedifa Technology Division, Monzambano (Mantova) is part of the Noise Vibration and Harshness Division.
**Position Summary**
The HR Leader acts as a business partner, interfacing with functional and operational leaders to develop and coordinate all aspects of the Human Resources activities and processes such as employment, compensations, labor relations, benefits, training, performance and talent management, hiring and terminations, engagement initiatives, promoting the corporate values and supporting the business needs. Drives a high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality productivity, standards and ongoing development of workforce.
**Responsibilities**
- Leading the implementation of HR related processes, policies and programs
- Guiding the HR needs - recruitment, development, training
- Effectively performing talent management and continuous performance management
- Enabling the High Performance Team culture
- Managing the labor relations, including disciplinary actions when appropriate
- Supporting the engagement and the corporate social responsibility action plans
- Ensuring full compliance with the requirements
- Leading the development, the execution and the continuous review of the strategic plan
- Developing by engaging in Group wide international HR projects/workstreams
- Responsibility and accountability to meet objectives as prescribed by the WIN Strategy concerning: Engaged People, Premier Customer Experience, Profitable Growth and Financial Performance.** Qualifications**
**Qualifications**:
- Master degree in Law, Economics, Psychology or other HR related fields
- Italian: native; English : fluent
- Min 3 years experience in HR roles in manufacturing and complex organizations
- Labor relations knowledge
