• 7+ years of software development experience across backend and frontend
• Proficiency in NodeJS and Angular; willingness to work with NodeJS even if other languages are valued
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of guiding technical teams
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate technical direction into practice
• Excellent judgment in selecting methods and procedures to achieve results
• Experience navigating complex software development processes
