As a Junior Automation&Electrification Specialist you will join our Automation&Electrification Business Unit.
You will be based in our headquarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI).
Your team’s activities will include:
2. Business Strategy: Develop appropriate business models, define product positioning, and transfer the defined strategy to the direct and indirect sales network to achieve targets.
3. Market Development: Analyze the competition, identify new business opportunities, and gather information directly from customers to support the proposal of innovative solutions.
4. Product Management: Take responsibility for the products in your Business Area, interacting with the Headquarter and supporting the sales force.
5. Marketing & Performance: Plan strategic marketing activities and constantly monitor KPIs and the opportunity pipeline to ensure the success of your initiatives.
6. Education: Degree in Engineering
7. You are a flexible person with an open mindset, ready to take on new challenges and activities.
8. You possess analytical skills, a capacity for strategic vision, and a strong customer focus.
