Through innovation, BaxEnergy enables decarbonization and advances the global transition toward a smarter, more sustainable energy future. 🚀 We Are Hiring: OT Cybersecurity / Hardening Engineer Role Mission Ensure that CPPC Tiers developments maintain a strong and compliant OT cybersecurity architecture, aligned with IEC 62443 standards, safeguarding real-time control environments operating under strict grid-code requirements. Key Responsibilities Review control system architecture changes and communication flows Define and implement system hardening strategies (OS, network, services, access control) Support secure boot, backup and recovery mechanisms Ensure segregation between IT and OT domains Assist in cybersecurity audits and compliance activities Contribute to risk assessments and threat modeling for industrial environments Collaborate with Control, Integration and QA teams to embed security-by-design principles Required Skills Strong expertise in OT cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443 mandatory) Experience securing Industrial Control Systems (ICS) System hardening experience on industrial controllers / RT environments Understanding of power plant control architectures (PPC, BESS, microgrids) is a strong plus We consider both permanent employment and freelance consultancy agreements, depending on the candidate’s profile and project needs.
