The IT & Data Support Engineer will join a motivated international team and will be responsible for the support and analysis of incidents and customer requests related to SaaS and IoT systems developed by Danfoss.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting customers and colleagues with SaaS platform issues.
2. Analyzing incidents with the capacity to investigate and resolve them.
3. Maintaining and troubleshooting IT incidents, focusing on the backend of the cloud infrastructure.
4. Customizing and configuring software for new customer onboarding.
5. Being available on a rotating on-call basis for emergencies.
6. Scripting and automating processes to resolve incidents and improve daily workflows.
7. Collaborating with the Development Team to have a clear overview of ongoing development and bug fixing status.
8. Assisting software developers in identifying operational deliverables from a technical perspective.
9. Participating in testing software solutions using appropriate methods.
Minimum requirements include:
* An educational background in the IT field or an equivalent area.
* Significant experience in medium-sized companies or IT consultancy organizations.
* Experience with remote incident analysis.
* Proficiency with Linux Servers.
* Experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes, and Grafana.
* Experience managing SQL databases.
* Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English and Italian.
