This role requires a consultative and commercially driven professional able to deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates while consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Proactively develop new business opportunities and expand an existing network within the luxury market
- Secure client meetings, prepare proposals and negotiate terms in line with company policy
- Leverage market insights, industry trends and competitor activity to drive revenue growth
Candidate Management
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline within your specialist area
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, coaching and offer management
- Provide consultative guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a high level of engagement and professionalism
Client Management
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and repeat business
- Take detailed job briefs, provide market intelligence and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, maintaining consistent communication and a premium level of service
Planning, Organisation & Administration
- Maintain accurate database records and ensure compliance documentation is completed
- Produce professional communications, job advertisements and Elite-formatted CVs
- Work effectively to deadlines while managing multiple priorities
Skills & Experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a target-driven mindset
- Knowledge of luxury retail, head office functions and international markets is highly desirable
- Professional, positive and collaborative approach
