Design and execute innovative business solutions that improve the way the world works and lives. /pulliWork at the heart of the finest global industrial and automotive organizations where you will collaborate on innovative projects bringing your knowledge and creativity. /liliMake change happen by integrating skills and experience in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations. /li /ulpbHOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? /b /pliParticipate in large global programs which help Automotive and Mobility clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance. /liliWork as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects (e.g. e-commerce, Digital Transformation, Dealer Management, Parts Service Operations, CRM ) for large OEMs, OESs and Dealer Channels. /lipWE ARE LOOKING FOR people who are eager to learn and love working in a dynamic environment with an amazing culture. We have many open projects to work for Automotive Global companies where we need different capabilities for our clients. /ppbMUST : /b /pliCandidate should have 3-10 years of experience working in Automotive / Mobility companies, or have experience in projects related to this industry. /liliAreas of experience : Marketing, Sales and / or Aftersales in the Automotive Mobility Industry. /liliProject Management skills : Experience in project management, either in companies or consulting firms. /liliOmnichannel digital experience : Have experience working with digital channels either in automotive, mobility or an E-commerce company. /lipCAPABILITIES : /ppIf you have deep experience in one or more of the following capabilities : /pliCRM : Understanding and experience in CRM programs, initiatives and Kpis. Deep experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce (priority), Dynamics 365, or others. Experience in tools implementations for dealers / customers. Experience in loyalty programs implementation : Strategy, design, implementation and results tracking. /liliANALYTICS : Deep knowledge and experience in analytical tools (GA, BI, etc). Experience in creating dashboards, analyzing indicators, and presenting results. /liliPERFORMANCE MARKETING : Digital Marketing Specialist : SEO / SEM / CRO : Convertion rate optimization. Facebook Ads, Google Ads. Experience in digital Marketing campaigns with high impacts on results (Life Cycle Value, ROI, Sales and leads acceleration) /liliCX : Deep experience in understanting customer / dealer experience. Indicators tracking (NPS / CSAT) and Tools management. Advanced in customer journey development : discovery, assembly, tools management and presentation. Web-sites / Apps : UX research, diagnosis, testing, discovery and design. /liliSOCIAL INTELLIGENCE : Brand monitoring, Social Media management and Social Listening : Deep experience in understanding and collecting customer, competitors and market feedback, Social sentiment, and Brand awareness. Use of tools and assembly of dashboards. Content Management. /lipbDESIRABLE : /b /pliProject Management certifications /liliExposure to software implementations (estimation, requirements detailing, functional specification). /liliBusiness transformation and project lifecycle frameworks and approaches. /liliAgile Methodology Knowledge (Scrum or SAFE) /liliGen AI knowledge and experience. /lipbKEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS : /b /pliAdvanced English (mandatory). CV in English (mandatory) /liliAdvanced in Microsofts Tools (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.) /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /liliAvailability to travel /liliExcellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills /liliComfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments /liliUnderstand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition) /liliAbility to independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions /liliExcellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment /lipA unique workplace.
