 
        
        HR Administration and Payroll Specialist (Temporary contract) 
We are currently seekinga HR Administration and Payroll Specialist (Temporary Contract)to join our HR team at our European headquarters in Carpi, Modena. 
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in HR administration and payroll. 
This role will play an active specialist function in managing day-to-day HR administrative processes across multiple European countries. 
This is a strategic position for a motivated professional eager to contribute to the development of a growing HR team in a dynamic, international context. 
Main Responsibilities 
Manage the full employee life cycle administration (onboarding, contract preparation and updates, changes, offboarding) across various European countries. 
Support accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with external payroll providers (e.g. ADP), including collection of payroll data and review of payroll outputs. 
Monitor and maintain all attendance and leave processes (sickness, maternity, holidays, accidents), ensuring proper documentation and workflow accuracy. 
Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy of employee records and contract data. 
Ensure HR administrative activities are aligned with local labour regulations and internal company policies. 
Assist in the management of Time & Attendance systems and ensure proper integration with payroll processes. 
Requirements 
Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration and payroll. 
Strong knowledge of Italian labour regulations, with particular emphasis on CCNL Commercio; knowledge of European regulations will be considered a plus. 
English knowledge. 
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
Capable of handling confidential information with discretion. 
Proactive and results-oriented with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
