Analyze and structure incoming business requests, assessing demand, capacity, cost and revenue impactSupport capacity planning by translating demand and revenue assumptions into scenariosBuild analytical models to compare trade-offs between utilization, growth and profitabilityWork closely with Strategy, Finance, HR and operational teams to align prioritiesPrepare clear analyses and materials to support decision-makingSupport the identification, selection and contracting of external consultants, evaluating capacity needs, cost impact and business prioritiesContribute to special strategic projects as needed You're a good fit if:
You have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, finance, operations or similar rolesYou're comfortable analyzing both operational and financial driversYou can structure complex trade-offs and make them understandableYou're curious, precise and able to challenge assumptions with dataYou communicate clearly and effectively What you bring with you:
