Position: Warehouse Manager-ItalyLocation: Italy (On-site)About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead and optimize our warehouse operations in Italy. This role is responsible for end-to-end warehouse management, team leadership, inventory control, and continuous improvement to support business growth in the European market.Key Responsibilities: Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillmentDevelop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and operational standardsOversee inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy through cycle counts and periodic physical inventoriesLead, train, and develop the local warehouse team; manage staffing, scheduling, and performanceEnsure full compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and warehouse security standardsCollaborate closely with HQ supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve operational issuesManage relationships with local carriers and logistics partners; monitor delivery performance and exceptionsTrack, analyze, and report warehouse KPIs, driving cost control and operational efficiency improvementsQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceMinimum 5 years of warehouse or logistics management experience; EU or overseas warehouse experience is a plusStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and process optimizationHands-on experience with WMS and strong data analysis skills (Excel or similar tools)Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentLanguage Requirements: Chinese and Italian can be used as working languages; proficiency in English is a plus.Nice to Have: Experience in e-commerce, cross-border logistics, or third-party fulfillment centersFamiliarity with Italian logistics networks and regulatory requirementsProven experience in warehouse setup, scaling, or operational improvement projectsWhat We Offer: Competitive salary package based on experienceLong-term career development opportunities within an international organizationA collaborative, results-driven, and multicultural working environment
